BORGHESE - MEDITERRANEO SEA

This one looked interesting on the shelf. It's a pretty medium blue with blue and magenta glitter. It seems to go on matte? I'm not sure if it's supposed to be a matte polish. The above and below pictures are index finger with top coat and middle finger without.
Now, even with topcoat, the chunky, lumpiness of the glitter doesn't go away. I generally find that pretty annoying. But this was such an interesting looking color, that it's almost okay.

  3. I can't honestly think of any polishes close to this one. China Glaze's Dorothy Who but it's not the same shade of blue, and there's no pink glitter in it.

I actually like borghese, but only when I can find them on sale, $8 a pop is a bit steep!

  6. Yes this one is supposed to be matte. That collection has/had 3 matte shades and 3 regular shades in it. I got the red glittery one (forget the name and too lazy to go find it! lol), that was one of the regular shades, and I picked up Stellare Notte when Rite Aid had the BOGO sale a few weeks back.
