This one looked interesting on the shelf. It's a pretty medium blue with blue and magenta glitter. It seems to go on matte? I'm not sure if it's supposed to be a matte polish. The above and below pictures are index finger with top coat and middle finger without.
Now, even with topcoat, the chunky, lumpiness of the glitter doesn't go away. I generally find that pretty annoying. But this was such an interesting looking color, that it's almost okay.
this is such a pretty blue! I've been trying to find something similar to this cos i have no access to borghese polishes here. do u have any other alternatives?

ReplyDeleteI can't honestly think of any polishes close to this one. China Glaze's Dorothy Who but it's not the same shade of blue, and there's no pink glitter in it.
ReplyDeleteI actually like borghese, but only when I can find them on sale, $8 a pop is a bit steep!

ReplyDeleteYes this one is supposed to be matte. That collection has/had 3 matte shades and 3 regular shades in it. I got the red glittery one (forget the name and too lazy to go find it! lol), that was one of the regular shades, and I picked up Stellare Notte when Rite Aid had the BOGO sale a few weeks back.
