I'm not a 12 year old girl and I don't have any kids, so I don't make it into the Icing very often.
But, while walking by, I spotted nail polish, and I found Blackout. I realize I may be late to this party, but WOW! this color is awesome!
I wore it for about a week, and then added some Disco Dazzle to jazz it up!
I never go in the Icing store either. But it seems I may be missing out. The bottles look very much like China Glaze.
